Bruno Mathsson Prize

Max Fraser works as a commentator across the various media outlets that surround the design industry and, more recently, food and farming. He writes for magazines and newspapers, authors books, curates exhibitions, speaks at events worldwide and consults for public and private bodies. Catalogue: Bruno Mathsson Prize 2021

In 2021, Swedish designer Mönica Forster was awarded the prestigious annual Bruno Mathsson Prize. Her achievement was marked with an exhibition of her work at Vandalorum museum. Alongside writer Gustaf Kjellin, I was commissioned to write an essay in the exhibition catalogue, exploring Mönica’s international reach throughout her career.

The catalogue is available to visitors of the exhibition, running at Vandalorum from 20th November 2021 until 18th April 2022.
